Why dancing makes your body fit & healthy..?
I have seen that most of the dancer are very well healthy and fit. why dancers body use to be fir and fine?

dancers do lots of dance practise so whole body gets regular exercise and boost while practising of dance. So many steps and flixibility in the body, so they are always health and fit. so the conclusion is do regular exercise if you want to stay fit & healthy.

dancers are like rubber as far as the flixiblity is concern, which comes with Practise only. not dance only but regular exercise is required for your body to stay fit and fine.
