Sweety  		Call Center job is a good career. Justify ?

Rachna - I am an Operation Manager in a KPO and started my carrer with a BPO and I am very happy about it.

BPO or KPO can be a great carrer opportunity for a person who has good communication skills with good presence of mind.

You start your carrer a fresher or a beginner but if your performance is good then you may climb the highest ladder with you hard work and confidence.

By teh way BPO/KPO is one of the biggest revenue generator for the govt. also if you would like to know more then you may go to sites like nasscom and you will get the latest updates on BPO/KPO

i dont think that call center jobs are quite good for long time period or as a permanent job. They are very hactic and not very exiting as far as the new chalenges are concern.

You may also look for the other career options. for the short time pr part time job, calll center might be a good career for freshers or simple graduates.

In my view call center jobs are not good for the whole life (means till to 50 to 60 years) because you can stay in any call center when you are young and your tone is also strong with clarity. Have you seen any old man working with call center. And there would be definitely some reasons that a person have professional degrees in his hand and having excellent communication skills in spite of this why he is working at low salary in any other field which is related his professional degrees while he was proposed more salary in the call center ? there is only one reason that he know that after some time he can earn a lot but in call center he would fire after the age of 35 years. And you know that after age of 35 years to start carrier from the beginning it would be very tough. And i am totally agree with Mr. Sachin that as a part time or short term this job is good but if the future is concerned then i think it is not good.

it is a very growing industry and it offers a good amount to the employees. if a person have excellent communication skills then he can earn a lot. and it is not a boring job daily you would get chance to talk hundred of people which would be different nature and it always gives a pleasure if you are talking to different kind of people. After earning and taking all the knowledge and experience of the call center you can open your own call center.

it is good for short time but not for long time. you can enjoy this job in the begging because you will take daily hundred of people which are different in their way of talking.
