Its time you read that manual that is yet to find your attention. If you don`t find your manual, the real problem lies there. Anyway which operating system you are using, the one from door-window company? If that is so then no one will be able to help you out.

errors indicate a problem with the Laser/Scanner Assembly. Either the connectors on the Laser/Scanner Assembly or the DC Controller need to be reseated. Or the Laser/Scanner Assembly needs to be replaced.
