Quiting a job is preety easy action but after quiting a job, whether you got the right place to work would be based on number of other factors.
If you are not satisfied with the job profile, you should discuss with the authorities,
if you are not comfortable with the salary package or structure, still there is an option to discuss with the management,
if you are good at work but not getting the appreciation, can discuss with HR department,
if you are not comfortable with the company policy rules & regulations, that is something you would find everywhere. Quiting is very easy but if you are a mile stone in the company and you have proved yourself there would not be any need for you to go.

You should only think to go when conditions are worst because this is not possible for each & every company to provide you everything or they can not just fullfill your un justified demands. So if you think conditions became worst then you ca think over to switch to another job. Because there are thousand of benifits for the long term & committed employees.
