| I am having a cloth mill in Lukhnow and some other branches four branches in Delhi. so i always busy in Delhi and i m not able to give proper time for Lukhnow mill that is why i am looking for a business partner in Lukhnow who can handle the bussiness in my absence. |

first you should search cloth mills in Lucknow and try to contact to the owners of these mills and talk about your business and and contract, i think it would be better option for you because the person should have experience in the cloth mill only he can handle your business in your absence, but if a person doesn`t have any knowledge about cloth mill then how he can handle your business in your absence.

As you told that you are having four cloth mill branches in Delhi and having only one mill in Lukhnow so would say that you should shift your all business in Delhi.
