from my point view you have to do MBA but not this time first of all you have to utilized your BE degree. which you have taken after the hard work take some working exp or industrial exp then go through to master degree after exp that degree give double advantage in your career. best of lucks for your opinion. pls consults this for your e learning preparation of MBA. http://www.topperlearning.com/

An MBA will stamp you as a management specialist. An M.E. (Industrial Engineering) will make an administrator in engineering. Choice is yours.

Since you have completed B.Tech an MBA in IIT`s is the best option as the course curriculum there would integrate your engineering skills with management. For this you have to take an entrance test JAM jointlu conducted for admission to all IIT`s.Note that IIT`s offer MBA`s only to students who have engineering Degree. NITIE mumbai is also a very good option where you can pursue master`s in Industrial management.

Hi,

You must go for specilization instead of just general management course and all. If you are especilized in any particular area,  like international marketing. or brand management, or Sales, you will get maximum exposure to your career rather then just yu are a MBA.

go for specilization and see the difference it makes to your career.

Hope this helps you.
