On hot summer days, it is likely that people will always choose cool drinks. But it depends on the person whether he chooses soda, cold driks, non-alchoholic driks etc. Normally, cool drinks which need to be preserved for days, are manufactured with some preservatives and chemicals so that the drinks can be stored for a long time. I will recommend having natural fruit juices, with ice if it is available. I am not against Pepsi of Coco Cola. Because they are doing their business. In such drinks, in addition to carbonated water, lots of chemicals are added which can harm your body. Also reports shows that the amount of chemicals added in the soft drinks is higher than the allowed standards. You can take pepsi and similar drinks once in a while, but one should never have it regularly. Many states have banned the production of Pepsi considering the ill effects. Adulteration is present everywhere, in any food item. But it is wise to choose good food and healthy drinks to minimize the intake of harmful chemicals.

Even babies have stopped drinking milk, forget about grown-ups! How India will be strong and healthy? I entirely agree with you.
