Sachin, I am very sorry to learn about your brothers situation in Australia. SydneyWeb or any other other company can`t do if someone leaves the company after learning all the trade secrets. You call its your right to choose, similarly its theire right too to train or not.
Remember that there are many pressures of different kind that goes behind the curtrain. Being an Indian I believe you are well aware of deserving candidates finding the exit door and influential candidates getting through the toughest of examination. Who listens?
If you want to fight a loosing battle (I imagine, please forgive me, you can`t possibly manage substantial amount of resources to fight against company, or else you wouldn`t have needed to send your brother to Australia.) with more expenditure, surely you can go ahead, but beleieve me nothing much can happen. You just have to take it as your
misfortune and try to provide help to your brother.
There are many Indians leaving in Sydney studying, doing jobs. Its strange that he hasn`t been able to find a vegetarian restaurant. Well if that is so, he can certainly manage a day or two with fruits, breads, butters, chocklates. There are many delicious south-indian curries restaurant too in and around Sydney. There are many online food-delivery restaurants too that you can approach to order.
I am again sorry but meaning no insensitivity to your problem, even the great Indian cricket team found many things going against them. Sachin Tendulker too got many wrong decisions. You just have to walk back and wait for your next opportunity. Sachin is now playing wonderful cricket, he is well aware of Australian tactis.
