You have to learn in what sector you are emotional. There are a few fields where you may become whimsical, that too comes our of certain emotions.When you are disturbed by circumstances, words or ettiquette you feel disgusted.
You may be stirred with pathetic words, or expressions. But, to curb them you have to give a calm and a quite search within yourself. Be reasonable to the maximum. But, know it well that once you have not acted impulsively, you will be patting your own back. The best way is to allow yourself a lil time before acting.
Then, you have to learn more about emotions and feelings. There are lots who are trying to misuse your generosity or your faults. Take into account what undue advantage they are taking of you. Be susceptible . Be wary and always be on your toes.

whenever you need to control your emotions, you must count from 1 to 10. although it is not required to control your emotions but still if it is related to anger management, it is good formula.

Talking about controlling your emotions, what should you do when you`re upset or angry? Well, you can take bath, sing songs, etc. Just make yourself feel comfortable. You can even pretend to be happy when you are upset. Please don`t say that I`m crazy, but this is true and it definitely will helps to cure your sadness. Some people said, when you`re down, try to smile and laugh more. The more you pretend the more it will comes true. This is the same as every night reviewing your goals of what you need to do and dream about what kind of lifestyle you want. Your mind will stimulate it to becomes true.
