Bouys  		What is a Machine??
Once a very experienced professor in IIT Delhi asked this question in the very first class of the session for Mechanical Engineering. Students were unable to give very precise and short answer. Professor replied that anything which is reducing human efforts is a MACHINE. but can you imagine that at the very first class of his at IIT a young boy stood up and named a machine which is contracdicting the definition. However i appreciate both the professor and that student as well. Can you take this challenge. I shall answer in couples of days. by then keep trying....

machine is something which is embeded by auto functions and pre-assigned instructions whereby we have so many inbuild component installed to perform a particular task given to the machine or machine meant to do.

According to our concept in UAE, machine is a machine that can work like anything nonstop and this is what it meant for. Machine = to run the same mechanism for infinite number of time. ;-)

It is a mechanical or elecronical+mechanical structure which can do some particular task. they save human time and muscel power. The accuracy of machine is very higher than human. They can work non-stop 24 by 7.

I KNOW I KNOW! It`s Time Machine by H.G. Wells. Do you know who he is? I will let you know in few days! As far as the professors definition is concerned---people as intelligent as you are still striving hard to make it! Great news! but you see, conceptually it hasn`t reduced human effort, it has magnified the efforts of all the sensibles of this world and universe. Let me know if someone has succeeded, then the professors definition will become correct...until then the boy gets my appreciation!
